As a life-long fitness enthusiast, Mother to an 18-month old daughter, and pregnant with a second child, I have a profound respect for Moms, and an even deeper appreciation for the importance of making time for exercise! Bring your little ones every Friday at 10:15am. No sitter required! Babies are welcome as early as your doctor gives the ok and as late as crawlers. Bring a blanket for baby and a few quiet toys.
