Mondays and Wednesdays the boys and girls will condition total body with circuits and drills to improve strength, speed, agility, balance and coordination with certified personal trainer, Jason Terry. On Fridays, HIP Studio’s elite trainers will guide the boys and girls through dynamic stretching and strengthening exercises based on Pilates and Yoga principles to improve flexibility and core strength.
Whether these kids play multiple sports, a single sport, or are just looking to add some structured fitness into their lives, this program is a positive Summer activity that will strengthen the core, condition body and mind, improve posture and alignment, help prevent injury, improve endurance, increase flexibility, and most importantly introduce health & fitness as a way of life!
