You don’t need to look like a Navy Seal to participate. TRX is for all levels of fitness! You are in control of the challenge. Move closer or further away from the anchor point to add or decrease resistance. No need to change weights. You choose the intensity of each exercise and tailoring the workout for your body.

TRX maximizes your workout by switching between exercises in a matter of seconds.
