ARMS & ABS | High Intensity Pilates®
with Suzie 10:30am Friday's Starting 9/7
Classes we are adding and switching up.
5:30pm & 6:30pm Pilates with Megan starting 9/10
6am will now be Burn & Sculpt with Lauren starting 9/4
5:30pm & 6:30pm Pilates with Genevieve starting 8/14
5:30pm The Classics with Suzie starting 8/22
9am HIIT50 with Alexis starting 9/6
6am will now be Cardio DnA with Lauren starting 9/7
4pm & 5pm Pilates with Marla starting 9/7
Starting 9/3 all weekday auxiliary classes will start at 9am. And we are adding another HIIT50 with Alexis on Thursdays so you get more variety!
RESTORATIVE YOGA POP-UP WITH MARLA & SUZIE
Get ready to relax, restore and find your inner calm. Through meditative and restorative poses you'll learn to be present in each moment, release tight muscles and relieve a stressful mind. The practice will include both the YIN and the YANG of yoga that applies to each of us. This practice will help you find balance and you will leave with a peaceful heart and mind.
