This class is all about targeting your bigger muscles, getting you into fat burning mode and amping up your cardiovascular endurance!! You'll alternate between cardio and strength training circuits using the TRX, free weights, resistance bands, the ladder, trampoline and more. These intervals are one of the most effective ways to boost your metabolism. This class is designed to 'shock' your body. We recommend adding it in 1 or 2 times a week.

This class is what Pilates is all about. These are the exercises Joseph Pilates created in the order he intended. These exercises will teach you how to move better in all your other classes and take your form to a new level. You will learn techniques to activate your muscles correctly and work deep into your smaller muscles. This is how you create long lean lines that give balance to your bigger muscles and put your body into correct alignment. This class is for EVERYONE!!
If in your High Intensity Pilates class you feel stiff, tight, wrists aches, have trouble staying in the exercises or just want to get deeper into Pilates... take this class!!
NOW ADDED JUMPBOARD FRIDAYS 12pm WITH MEGAN!!
This class has had a cult following since we opened! There is a select group of HIPsters (you know who you are!) who know it's awesomeness! This is a high energy, sweat-inducing, full-body workout that will give your Pilates a cardio boost!
You'll start class with a warm-up on the jumpboard learning how to jump and use your abs and feet correctly. Then you'll alternate between cardio circuits on the jumpboard and Pilates circuits on the reformer targeting your arms & abs. Using the jumpboard you will work deep into your butt, legs, and your abs and take your High Intensity Pilates to a new level!!
